The consortium of publishers which is seeking to buy press distributor Ruch on privatisation has worked out a reserve plan if the sell off is cancelled or abandoned by the treasury. They will seek to acquire smaller distributors or perhaps even form a completely new distribution company.
The consortium includes such major names as Axel Springer Polska, Agora, Orkla Press, Media Express, SW Polityka, Polskapresse, Presspublika and H. Bauer.
