Raiffeisen may have lost BP
The Austrian Raiffeisen Zentralbank may have lost the chance to acquire a strategic stake in Bank Pocztowy which is owned by Poczta Polska and Prokom Investment. The board does not intend to consider the Austrian offer which put the value of the bank at PLN400m. The bank has two internal valuations which put its value at PLN1bn and PLN3bn.
