Pulling Exbud Skanska off the stock market is now likely to be only a question of time. It would seem that the Swedish strategic investor of the Kielce based construction firm has already obtained 96 percent of the stock and is hoping to get the remainder quickly.
Jan-Gunnar Glave, MD of Exbud Skanska and Skanska says that he is hoping to pull the company off the stock market by the end of next month. However it has made no decision to pull Gdańsk based construction firm GPRD also off the bourse although Skanska now has a 86 percent stake in the firm. Any decision will be made in consultation with the stock market commission.
Pulling Exbud Skanska or GPRD off the bourse may not be easy as the stock market commission KPWiG has already criticised such plans as being contrary to what the investor was saying not long ago. In the meantime the Swedes want to reorganise their company in this country.
