Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Tras-Intur wants to raise PLN 12m (EUR 3.1m) in the new issue. On August 28, Tras-Intur shareholders are meeting. The main point of discussion will concern raising the capital.“I don’t know what the result of the voting will be so it’s hard to talk about details of the issue today”, Jan Mazur, the listed window producer CEO said.According to unofficial sources, the main shareholders have already approved of the issue. The company plans to issue up to 6.3m shares. The nominal value of the stock amounts to PLN 2 today. This means, that the company hopes to raise at least PLN 12.6m. “We need funds to increase capacity, modernize the lines, develop the company’s potential. We are getting more and more orders and it may turn out soon that we are unable to meet the demand”, Tras-Intur CEO explained.The company will probably double last year sales. In the second quarter, it had PLN 850,000 of net income and PLN 17.2m of sales. In the same period of 2005, it had over PLN 1m of net loss and PLN 3.7m of sales. (PLN 1 = EUR 0.256)
