TVN, TV 4 and Telewizja Niepokalanów are accusing each other of unfair competition in a fight to obtain frequencies that would allow them to reach a further 2.5m viewers. Furthermore TVN is demanding that Telewizja Niepokalanów not be allowed more advertising time.
