Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – ABG and Spin organize a joint press conference. They will reveal details of the merger on which “PB” informed earlier.
On October 4th, the two listed IT companies whose main shareholder is Prokom, plan a common press conference. According to “PB” sources, they will reveal the details of their merger. “PB” wrote about it before summer holidays. The agenda of the merger was supposed to be revealed in June, then at the end of summer holidays.
“Negotiations were going on. Meanwhile, the merger of Asseco and Softbank in Prokom group was prepared, hence the delay”, “PB” source explained.
The plans of the merger of Asseco and Softbank were announced in May. In August, the GSM of both companies approved of the merger creating one of the biggest IT companies in Central Europe focused on banking and public sector. Prokom will be the biggest shareholder of the merged companies.
Prokom’s biggest rival reacted to the changes within the group. Computerland signed agreement to merge with Emax, a big IT company focused on public and energy sector.
