Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – On Tuesday, Heineken International sold in a transaction conducted outside the stock exchange a 61.8 percent stake in Zywiec brewery. The buyer was Heineken’s subsidiary Brau Union. Heineken is not going to increase its stake in Zywiec in the upcoming 12 months to more than 2 percent, the company said in a statement.Poland/Enterprises/Beverages
