Management Committee of Automotive Components Europe S.A. herby informs that on 9 March 2010 the Company received an official notification from Casting Brake, S.L. (“CB"), that due to market transactions on the regulated market, which took place on 5 March 2010, CB sold 550 000 shares of Automotive Components Europe S.A. (“ACE S.A."). The sold shares constitutes 2.59% of ACE S.A. share capital and represents 550 000 votes at the shareholders’ meeting of ACE S.A., constituting 2.59% of the overall number of votes at the shareholders’ meeting of ACE S.A. Prior to the above transactions the CB held 2 980 607 non-preferred barer shares of ACE S.A. constituting 14.04% of ACE S.A. share capital and representing 2 980 607 votes at the shareholders’ meeting of ACE S.A., constituting 14.04% of the overall number of votes at the shareholders’ meeting of ACE S.A. After the above transactions the CB holds 2 430 607 non-preferred barer shares of ACE S.A. constituting 11.45% of ACE S.A. share capital and representing 2 430 607 votes at the shareholders’ meeting of ACE S.A., constituting 11.45% of the overall number of votes at the shareholders’ meeting of ACE S.A. Zarząd Automotive Compnents Europe S.A. niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 9 marca 2010 roku wpłynęło do Spółki oficjalne zawiadomienie od Casting Brake, S.L. ("CB"), że w wyniku transakcji rynkowych na rynku regulowanym, w dniu 5 marca 2010 roku, CB sprzedał 550 000 akcji Automotive Components Europe S.A. ("ACE S.A.") stanowiących 2.59% kapitału zakładowego ACE S.A. i uprawnionych do wykonywania 550 000 głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu ACE S.A., stanowiących 2.59% ogólnej liczby głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu ACE S.A. Przed opisanymi zdarzeniami CB posiadał 2 980 607 akcji zwykłych na okaziciela ACE S.A., stanowiących 14.04% kapitału zakładowego ACE S.A. i uprawnionych do wykonywania 2 980 607 głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu ACE S.A., stanowiących 14.04% ogólnej liczby głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu ACE S.A. Po opisanym zdarzeniu CB posiada 2 430 607 akcji zwykłych na okaziciela ACE S.A., stanowiących 11.45% kapitału zakładowego ACE S.A. i uprawnionych do wykonywania 2 430 607 głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu ACE S.A., stanowiących 11.45% ogólnej liczby głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu ACE S.A.
