AFORTI HOLDING: Zawarcie Istotnej Umowy/ Material agreement

Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej “Emitent", "Spółka") niniejszym informuje, o podpisaniu umowy z KKS Lech Poznań S.A. o nawiązaniu współpracy sponsorskiej. W jej ramach przez najbliższy sezon na spodenkach piłkarzy pierwszej drużyny będzie widniało logo firmy Emitenta.

Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust.2 pkt. 2) Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".

The Board of Aforti Holding SA based in Warsaw ( "Issuer" or the "Company") hereby announces that it has signed a collaboration sponsoring contract with KKS Lech Poznan SA. Under this agreement, in the upcoming season the Issuer logo shall appear on the shorts of first team footballers.

Legal grounds: § 3. 2 point 2) Annex 3 to the ASO, the Alternative Trading System "Current and periodic submitted in the alternative trading system on the New Connect market ".
