Zarząd AmRest Holdings N.V. ("AmRest") informuje o podpisaniu Aneksu do wstępnego memorandum ("Memorandum"), pomiędzy AmRest ("Kupujący") oraz Andrei Kononchuck i Vitaly Naumenko (łącznie: “Sprzedający"), dotyczącego zakupu 30% udziału w spółce, która będzie właścicielem restauracji szybkiej obsługi Kroshka-Kartoshka, operujących w Rosji i na Ukrainie (RB 64/2007 z dnia 15 października 2007 roku).

Zgodnie z Aneksem przesunięty został Dzień Umowy Zakupu z dnia 1 grudnia 2007 roku na dzień 21 grudnia 2007 roku. Zmiana ta umożliwi AmRest sfinalizowanie procesu due diligence Jednostek Rosyjskich i Jednostek Ukraińskich.

	Regulatory Announcement 71/2007 dated 30 November 2007; Annex to Memorandum of Understanding regarding Kroshka-Kartoshka; The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. (“AmRest") informs about signing of Annex to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU") between AmRest ("Buyer") and Andrei Kononchuck and Vitaly Naumenko (jointly: “Sellers") regarding the purchase of 30% equity interest in the company which will be the owner of Kroshka-Kartoshka quick service restaurants operating in Russia and Ukraine (RB 64/2007 dated 15 October 2007). ; Pursuant to this Annex the Purchase Agreement Date has been postponed from 1 December 2007 to 21 December 2007. This amendment will enable AmRest to finalize the due diligence review of the Russian and Ukrainian Entities.; Legal act: § 56 (1.2) of the Offering Act dated July 29th 2005
