Zgodnie z art. 226 znowelizowanej hiszpańskiej Ustawy o Rynkach Papierów Wartościowych (Ley del Mercado de Valores) oraz w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego RB 23/2020 z dnia 19 października 2020 roku, AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, „Spółka”) informuje, że po spełnieniu odpowiednich wymogów biznesowych wynikających z regulacji wewnętrznych Glovoapp 23, SL (“Glovo”), nastąpiła finalizacja transakcji przeniesienia 7,5% udziału AmRest (na poziomie nierozwodnionym) w spółce Glovo za łączną kwotę 76,15 mln EUR.

	RB 28/2020 Closing of the sale of Glovo shares;AmRest Holdings, SE (“AmRest” or the “Company”), pursuant to the provisions of Article 226 of the restated text of the Securities Market Law, issues the following statement of inside information:;Further to the regulatory announcement RB 23/2020 dated October 19, 2020, AmRest informs that, once the corresponding corporate requirements have been met in accordance with the internal regulations of Glovoapp 23, S.L. (“Glovo”), the transfer of AmRest’s stake in Glovo, which amounted to 7.5% of Glovo’s existing share capital, has been closed for a combined total consideration of 76.15 million of euros.
