Zarząd AmRest Holdings N.V. ("AmRest"), w nawiązaniu do RB 66/2007 z dnia 29 października 2007 roku, informuje, że AmRest podpisał finalne umowy: Umowę Zakupu Aktywów oraz Umowę na Odstępne, dotyczące 5 restauracji Rostik’s–KFC prowadzonych przez OOO Fast Food Restaurants Group ("FFRG") w Rosji.

Łączna kwota transakcji, dotycząca obydwu umów, wyniosła USD 6,15 mln. Umowa na Odstępne przewiduje, że kwoty dotyczące poszczególnych restauracji będą płatne po faktycznym transferze praw najmu, dotyczących poszczególnych lokalizacji, z FFRG na AmRest. Spółka obejmie pełną kontrolę nad tymi restauracjami w momencie faktycznego transferu tych praw.

	Regulatory Announcement 19/2008 dated 31 March 2008; Final Agreements with Fast Food Restaurants Group; The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. (“AmRest"), with reference to RB 66/2007 dated 29 October 2007, informs that AmRest signed the final agreements, the Asset Purchase Agreement and the Termination Fee Agreement, regarding 5 Rostik’s–KFC restaurants operated by OOO Fast Food Restaurants Group (“FFRG") in Russia. ; The total transaction price including both agreements amounts to USD 6.15 million. The Termination Fee Agreement assumes that the amounts regarding particular restaurants will be made through separate escrow account and final payments will be released once the lease rights, regarding particular restaurants, are transferred from FFRG to AmRest. The Company will fully control these restaurants once these rights are actually transferred. Legal act: § 56 (1.2) of the Offering Act dated July 29th 2005
