Zarząd AmRest Holdings N.V. (“AmRest") informuje, że w dniu 22 stycznia 2008 roku w Pradze, Republika Czeska, została otwarta pierwsza kawiarnia Starbucks. Kawiarnie Starbucks będą otwierane i prowadzone w tym kraju przez AmRest Coffee s.r.o., która jest spółką joint venture American Restaurants Sp. z o.o. ("AmRest Poland"), spółkę zależną AmRest, oraz Starbucks Coffee International, Inc. (82% AmRest Poland oraz 18% Starbucks Coffee International).

AmRest obecnie operuje łącznie 259 restauracjami w ramach 6 marek – w sektorze Quick Service Restaurants: KFC, Burger King, freshpoint i Starbucks oraz w sektorze Casual Dining Restaurants: Pizza Hut oraz Rodeo Drive.

	Regulatory Announcement 7/2008 dated 22 January 2008; Opening of the first Starbucks store ; The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. (“AmRest") informs that on 22 January 2008 the first Starbucks store was opened in Prague, Czech Republic. The Starbucks stores will be opened and operated in this country by AmRest Coffee s.r.o. which is the joint venture company of American Restaurants Sp. z o.o. (“AmRest Poland"), the AmRest subsidiary, and Starbucks Coffee International, Inc. (82% AmRest Poland and 18% Starbucks Coffee International).; AmRest currently operates the total of 259 restaurants within 6 brands – in Quick Service Restaurants sector: KFC, Burger King, freshpoint and Starbucks and in Casual Dining Restaurants sector: Pizza Hut and Rodeo Drive.; Legal act: Ustawa o ofercie z dnia 29 lipca 2005 art. 56. ust. 1 punkt 1.
