Zarząd AmRest Holdings N.V. ("AmRest") informuje, że powziął informację o podwyższeniu kapitału spółki zależnej American Restaurants Kft ("AmRest Węgry"). Kapitał AmRest Węgry został zwiększony o HUF 500.000.000 w formie wkładu pieniężnego dokonanego przez American Resturants Sp. z o.o. ("AmRest Polska"). Sąd w Budapeszcie zarejestrował zmianę wysokości kapitału w dniu 17 kwietnia 2008 roku. Po rejestracji zmiany wysokość kapitału zakładowego AmRest Węgry wynosi HUF 1.084.000.000. Po tej zmianie 100% udziałowcem AmRest Węgry jest nadal AmRest Polska.

	Regulatory Announcemenyt 24/2008 dated 23 April 2008 ; Increased amount of share capital of AmRest Hungary ; The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. (“AmRest") informs that it was notified about the increase in the amount of capital of its subsidiary American Restaurants Kft (“AmRest Hungary"). The share capital of AmRest Hungary was increased by HUF 500,000,000 through cash contribution made by American Restaurants Sp. z o.o. (“AmRest Poland"). The court in Budapest registered this change on 17 April 2008. Following the registration of this change the share capital of AmRest Hungary amounts to HUF 1.084.000.000. Following this change AmRest Poland is still 100% owner of AmRest Hungary. Legal act: Ustawa o ofercie z dnia 29 lipca 2005 art. 56. ust. 1 punkt 2.
