ARKROYAL: Changes in the Supervisory Board

Ark Royal SA informs that Ms. Sarah Anjum submitted her resignation from the Supervisory Board with immediate effect. In connection with this, the Supervisory Board completed its composition. Dr. Gergely Bárdos became a new member of the Supervisory Board.
Dr. Gergely Bárdos was also appointed the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ark Royal SA.
After the appointment of the Chairman, the remaining members of the Supervisory Board resigned from the Supervisory Board with effect as of the date of the next General Meeting of Ark Royal SA.
