| Działając na podstawie § 100 ust.1 rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 października 2005 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych, Zarząd Spółki ARTERIA S.A. podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2009 roku. Skonsolidowane rozszerzone raporty kwartalne: •raport za IV kwartał 2008 r. (SA-QSr) – 2 marca 2009 r. (poniedziałek) •raport za I kwartał 2009 r. (SA-QSr) - 15 maja 2009 r. (piątek) •raport II kwartał 2009 r. (SA-QSr) - 14 sierpnia 2009 r. (piątek) •raport za III kwartał 2009 r. (SA-QSr) - 16 listopada 2009 r. (poniedziałek). Raport półroczny : •rozszerzony skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2009 r. ( SA-PSr) – 30 września 2009 (środa). Raporty roczne : •roczny jednostkowy za 2008 rok ( SA-R ) – nie później niż 15 czerwca 2009 r. (poniedziałek). •roczny skonsolidowany za 2008 rok ( SA-RS ) – nie później niż 15 czerwca 2009 r. (poniedziałek). Jednocześnie, zgodnie z par.87 ust. 1 Rozp. Min Fin. z dnia 19.10.2005r., Zarząd Arteria S.A. oświadcza, że nie będzie publikował odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych oraz raportu półrocznego oraz że zamierza publikować skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne zawierające skrócone jednostkowe informacje finansowe i skonsolidowany raport półroczny zawierający skrócone sprawozdanie półroczne wraz z opinią br. z przeglądu sprawozdania jednostkowego. |

| Current report no. 6/2009 Warszawa, 29 January 2009 Operating pursuant to section 100 (1) of the ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 October 2005 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of ARTERIA S.A. announces dates of submitting periodical reports in the year 2009. Consolidated expanded quarterly reports: •the report for 4. quarter of 2008 (SA-QSr) – 2 March 2009 (Monday) •the report for 1. quarter of 2009 (SA-QSr) – 15 May 2009 (Friday) •the report for 2. quarter of 2009 (SA-QSr) – 14 August 2009 (Friday) •the report for 3. quarter of 2009 (SA-QSr) – 16 November 2009 (Monday). Semi-annual report: •Expanded consolidated semi-annual report for the 1. quarter of 2009 (SA-PSr) – 30 September 2009 (Wednesday). Annual reports: •annual individual report for 2008 (SA-R) – not later than on 15 June 2009 (Monday). •annual consolidated report for 2008 (SA-RS) – not later than on 15 June 2009 (Monday). At the same time, pursuant to section 87 (1) of the ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 October 2005, the Management Board of Arteria S.A. announces that it does not intend to publish separate quarterly individual reports and it intends to publish consolidated quarterly reports, containing abbreviated individual financial information and a consolidated semi-annual report, containing abbreviated semi-annual report and the opinion of the certified auditor from the review of the individual report. |
