Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank") hereby informs that on 18th December 2015 directors of the Bank notified the Bank, that:
- on 14th December 2015 he purchased 30 000 shares of the Bank for 4.64 euro per share,
- on 16th December 2015 he and his connected person sold 110 531 shares of the Bank for 4.705 euro per share. The notification was made in accordance with article 9 of Royal Decree 1333/2005, of 11 November, implementing the Spanish Securities Market Law 24/1998, of 28 July, relating to market abuse.
