Zarząd Carbon Studio S.A. z siedzibą w Chorzowie [„Spółka”, „Emitent”] w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego ESPI nr 15/2022 opublikowanego w dniu 25 listopada 2022 roku informuje, iż wraz ze spółką zależną Iron VR S.A. z siedzibą w Chorzowie [„Iron VR”] wyznaczył datę premiery gry Hunt Together [dalej „Gra”], która to premiera będzie miała miejsce 18 stycznia 2024 roku.

Producentem Gry jest Iron VR, natomiast Emitent odpowiada za wydanie oraz dystrybucję Gry.

Gra zostanie wydana na platformie Meta Quest 2 i Meta Quest 3.

Hunt Together to sieciowa gra VR oferująca dwa tryby rozgrywki Player vs Player, w których gracze wcielają się w Łowcę lub Ducha, by za pomocą licznych umiejętności, przedmiotów i możliwych do wykorzystania elementów otoczenia pokonać swojego rywala. Areną tych zmagań są lokacje, takie jak opuszczona kopalnia, nawiedzona posiadłość, czy sierociniec. Gracze, oprócz możliwości zmierzenia się ze swoimi przyjaciółmi w trybie pojedynku (1v1) lub Hide and Seek (1v3), będą mogli także pozyskiwać nowe skórki dla swoich ulubionych postaci oraz rozwijać ich umiejętności.

Zamiarem Emitenta jest, aby w lutym 2024 roku ukazała się również wersja Gry na platformach PCVR (wraz z opcją Crossplay Meta Quest x PCVR). O dokładnej dacie premiery Gry na platformie PCVR, Emitent poinformuje w odrębnym komunikacie.

Emitent uznał ww. informację za istotną z uwagi na fakt, iż premiera Gry może mieć istotny
wpływ na wyniki finansowe Emitenta.

	The Management Board of Carbon Studio S.A., headquartered in Chorzów ["Company"], in reference to ESPI report No. 15/2022 published on November 25, 2022, informs that in collaboration with its subsidiary, Iron VR S.A., based in Chorzów ["Iron VR"], they have set the release date for the Hunt Together game ["Game"]. The premiere is scheduled for January 18, 2024.Iron VR is the developer of the Game, while the Company is responsible for its publishing and distribution.The Game will be released on the Meta Quest 2 and Meta Quest 3 platforms.Hunt Together is a multiplayer VR game offering two Player vs Player gameplay modes. In these modes, players take on the roles of a Hunter or a Ghost, using various skills, items and elements of the environment to overcome their opponent. The arenas for these battles include locations such as an abandoned mine, haunted mansion, or orphanage. In addition to facing off against friends in duels (1v1) or Hide and Seek (1v3) mode, players can acquire new skins for their favorite characters and develop their skills.The Company intention is for the PCVR version of the Game (with Crossplay Meta Quest x PCVR option) to be released in February 2024. The Company will provide information on the exact release date for the PCVR platform in a separate report.The Company considers the above information significant due to the fact that the Game's premiere may have a substantial impact on the Issuer's financial results.
