Treść raportu:

Zarząd CD PROJEKT S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: "Spółka") przekazuje niniejszym do publicznej wiadomości korektę omyłki pisarskiej zaistniałej w treści przekazanego raportu bieżącego nr 61/2020, gdzie omyłkowo błędnie podana została wartość kapitału zakładowego oraz ilość akcji Spółki po podwyższeniu jej kapitału zakładowego. Prawidłowa treść tej części raportu brzmi:

„Po podwyższeniu kapitał zakładowy Spółki wynosi 100.654.624 zł dzieli się na 100.654.624 akcji o wartości nominalnej 1 zł każda.

Ogólna liczba głosów wynikająca ze wszystkich ww. akcji Spółki wynosi 100.654.624.”

Pozostała treść raportu nie uległa zmianie.

	Current report no. 61/2020/K Subject: Rectification of Current Report 61/2020 Legal basis: Art. 17 section 1 of the Market Abuse Regulation – confidential information The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby announces the rectification of a clerical error present in the previously published Current Report no. 61/2020, where the Company’s share capital and number of shares outstanding following the increase in the Company’s share capital are incorrectly listed. The correct phrasing of the relevant part of the report is as follows: “Following the reported increase, the Company’s share capital amounts to 100 654 624 PLN divided into 100 654 624 shares with a nominal value of 1 PLN per share. The total number of votes afforded by all shares of Company stock is 100 654 624.” The remainder of the report is left unchanged.
