Zarząd spółki CD PROJEKT S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie, przy ul. Jagiellońskiej 74 (dalej: Spółka), w nawiązaniu do informacji przekazanej w Raporcie Bieżącym nr 1/2020 z dnia 16 stycznia 2020 roku, niniejszym informuje, o podjęciu w dniu dzisiejszym decyzji o przesunięciu ustalonej wcześniej daty premiery gry „Cyberpunk 2077” na dzień 19 listopada 2020 roku.
Przesunięcie daty premiery wynika z konieczności finalnego dopracowania gry i usuwania błędów. Powyższe działania wymagają od Spółki zabezpieczenia dodatkowego czasu i nie wpływają na ukończoną już zawartość gry, jej gameplay oraz testy Cyberpunka 2077 rozpoczęte w tym tygodniu przez niezależnych dziennikarzy z całego świata (tzw. hands-on).

	Current report No. 5/2020 Subject: Postponement of Cyberpunk 2077 release Legal basis: Art. 17 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) In relation to Current Report no. 1/2020 of 16 January 2020 the Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., headquartered in Warsaw, Jagiellońska 74, hereby announces that, earlier today, it undertook the decision to postpone the previously announced release of Cyberpunk 2077 until 19 November 2020. The decision is connected with the need to apply final touches and bugfixes to the game. These activities require the Company to secure additional time, and do not affect the game’s finalized content, gameplay features and hands-on tests, which commenced this week and involve independent journalists from around the world.
