Zarząd spółki CI Games S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) informuje o podjęciu w dniu dzisiejszym, tj. 16 grudnia 2021 r. przez Zarząd Spółki uchwały o oficjalnym otwarciu, z dniem 16 grudnia 2021 r., nowego studia deweloperskiego (produkcyjnego), zlokalizowanego w Warszawie, o nazwie Underdog Studio. Underdog Studio będzie odpowiedzialne za realizację gier z serii Sniper Ghost Warrior. Zespół Underdog Studio tworzy ponad pięćdziesięciu doświadczonych deweloperów.

Podstawa prawna: art. 17 ust. 1 w zw. z art. 7 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (MAR).

	Current report number: 35/2021Date: 16th December 2021Legal basis: Art. 17 section 1 of MAR - inside informationSubject: New development studio of CI Games S.A. - Underdog Studio The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) hereby informs that today, i.e. 16th December 2021 it adopted a resolution on official opening, as of 16th December 2021, of a new development (production) studio located in Warsaw, under the name of Underdog Studio. Underdog Studio will be responsible for the production of the games from the Sniper Ghost Warrior series. The team of Underdog Studio consists of over fifty experienced developers.Legal basis: Article 17 Section 1 in connection with article 7 Section 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse (MAR).
