| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 17/2017, zarząd Echo Investment S.A. („Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu 4 czerwca 2018 r. jego spółka zależna Echo Prime Assets B.V. („Spółka”) otrzymała propozycję sprzedaży 18.100.000 akcji („Akcje”) Echo Polska Properties N.V. („EPP”) z przewidywaną datą rozliczenia sprzedaży Akcji (w tym otrzymaniem ceny za Akcje) nie później niż do dnia 7 czerwca 2018 r. oraz następnie potwierdziła warunki sprzedaży Akcji. Cena sprzedaży Akcji, pomniejszona o koszty transakcyjne, wyniesie 20.815.000 EUR. W związku ze sprzedażą Akcji, pozostałe 32.574.354 akcji EPP posiadane przez Spółkę będą dalej klasyfikowane przez Emitenta w sprawozdaniach finansowych jako aktywa przeznaczone do sprzedaży. |

| Current report No. 23/2018 Sale of shares in Echo Polska Properties N.V. In relation to current report No. 17/2017, the management board of Echo Investment S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby announces that on 4 June 2018, its subsidiary, Echo Prime Assets B.V. (the “Company”), received an offer regarding a sale of 18,100,000shares (the “Shares”) in Echo Polska Properties N.V. (“EPP”), with the contemplated settlement of the sale of the Shares (including the receipt of the price for the Shares) scheduled to take place no later than on 7 June 2018, and afterwards confirmed the terms of the sale of the Shares. The price of the Shares, less the transaction costs, amounts to EUR 20,815,000. In relation to the sale of the Shares, all of the other 32,574,354 shares in EPP held by the Company will be classified by the Issuer in its financial statements as assets held for sale.
