| Zarząd Indykpol S.A. działając na podstawie Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 roku ws. informacji bieżących i okresowych (Dz. U. z 2009 r. nr 33, poz. 259 z późn. zm.), przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości stałe terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2013 roku: 1.Jednostkowy raport roczny za 2012 rok – 21.03.2013, 2.Skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2012 rok - 21.03.2013, 3.Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2013 - 15.05.2013, 4.Skonsolidowany raport śródroczny za 2013 rok wraz ze skróconym półrocznym sprawozdaniem finansowym - 30.08.2013 5.Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2013 - 14.11.2013. Jednocześnie Zarząd informuje, że zgodnie z § 83 ust.1 Rozporządzania Spółka nie będzie publikować odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych i odrębnego jednostkowego raportu półrocznego. Publikowane skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne i raport półroczny, będą zawierać skrócone jednostkowe dane finansowe. Stosownie do § 102 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia, z uwagi na fakt, że raport roczny i skonsolidowany raport roczny zostaną opublikowane w dniu 21 marca 2013 roku, tj. w ciągu 80 dni od zakończenia roku obrotowego, Spółka jest zwolniona z obowiązku publikowania raportu kwartalnego za IV kwartał 2012 roku. |

| The Management Board of Indykpol S.A. according of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 on current and financial reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009 no.33, item 259 as amended) announces fixed dates of transferring periodical financial reports in 2013:1. The annual report for 2012 – 21.03.2013;2. Consolidated annual report for 2012 – 21.03. 2013;3. Consolidated report for the first quarter of 2013 – 15.05.2013;4. The consolidated report for first-half of 2013, included the shorten financial report for the first half of 2013 – 30.08.2013;5. Consolidated report for III quarter of 2013 – 14.11.2013.The Management Board informs, that according to §83 section 1 of the Ordinance, the Company will not publish shorten quarterly reports and shorten half-year report. Consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated half-yearly report will include condensed quarterly financial information and condensed half-yearly financial statements.According to §102 section 1 and, because of the fact that the annual report of the Company and the consolidated annual report will be published on March 21, 2013 the Company will not be published financial report for IV quarter 2012, |
