Contents of the report:
Kernel Holding S.A. informs that on 26 April 2013 a subsidiary of Kernel Holding S.A. entered into an agreement to purchase a farming enterprise with 1,500 ha of leasehold land in the Khmelnytsk region of western Ukraine, near the company`s existing large-scale operations, for a total consideration of USD 1.0 million.
On 29 April 2013, a subsidiary of Kernel Holding S.A. entered into agreement to sell the most remotely located farming enterprise with 6,000 ha of leasehold land in the Zaporizhia region in southeastern Ukraine for a total consideration of USD 4.4 million.
Both transactions are the result of management`s previously announced strategy to enlarge existing clusters and divest remotely located parcels of land.
