| Zarząd Spółki mBank S.A. ("Bank") podaje do wiadomości terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych: 1) Skonsolidowany oraz jednostkowy raport roczny za 2021 r. – 3 marca 2022 r. 2) Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2022 r. – 5 maja 2022 r. 3) Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2022 r. zawierający półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdanie finansowe – 3 sierpnia 2022 r. 4) Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2022 r. – 27 października 2022 r. 5) Skonsolidowany oraz jednostkowy raport roczny za 2022 r. – 2 marca 2023 r. Ponadto, Zarząd Banku informuje o rezygnacji z publikacji raportów kwartalnych za II i IV kwartał na podstawie § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim. Jednocześnie, Zarząd Banku podaje do wiadomości, że 8 lutego 2022 r. zostaną przekazane w formie raportu bieżącego wybrane niezaudytowane dane finansowe dla Grupy mBanku S.A. za IV kwartał 2021 r., a 9 lutego 2023 r. zostaną przekazane w formie raportu bieżącego wybrane niezaudytowane dane finansowe dla Grupy mBanku S.A. za IV kwartał 2022 r. |

| Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2022 The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") announces the publication dates of the periodic reports: 1) Consolidated and standalone Annual Report 2021 – 3 March 2022. 2) Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2022 – 5 May 2022. 3) Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2022 containing condensed semi-annual standalone financial statements – 3 August 2022. 4) Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2022 – 27 October 2022. 5) Consolidated and standalone Annual Report 2022 – 2 March 2023.In addition, the Management Board of mBank announces that the Bank decided not to publish consolidated quarterly reports for the second and fourth quarters pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 29 March 2018 on current and financial reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of a non-member state. At the same time, the Management Board of the Bank informs that the selected non-audited financial data of mBank Group for the fourth quarter of 2021 in the form of a current report will be published on 8 February 2022 and the selected non-audited financial data of mBank Group for the fourth quarter of 2022 in the form of a current report will be published on 9 February 2023. |
