| MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Public Limited Company, meeting the rules set in Clause 54 (9) of Act No. CXX/2001 on capital markets hereby publishes that the call options of MOL concluded with BNP Paribas S.A. (“BNP”) on 7,552,874 Series “A” Ordinary Shares issued by MOL have been exercised with the settlement date of 17 July 2009. The exercise price is USD 33.42261 per share based on the agreement signed on 13 December 2007. Upon the settlement MOL owns 7,552,874 Series “A” and 578 Series “C” MOL Ordinary Shares.
