| Zarząd Polskiego Górnictwa Naftowego i Gazownictwa S.A. ("PGNiG", "Spółka") informuje, że w dniu 14 września 2007 roku wpłynęła do PGNiG umowa unityzacyjna, na mocy której nastąpiła unityzacja złóż Skarv i Snadd ze złożem Idun na Norweskim Szelfie Kontynentalnym, których dotyczy warunkowa umowa sprzedaży zawarta w dniu 28 lutego 2007 roku pomiędzy PGNiG, jako kupującym i Mobil Development Norway A/S oraz ExxonMobil Production Norway Inc. ("ExxonMobil"), jako sprzedającym. W wyniku unityzacji złóż udział PGNiG w zunifikowanym (poszerzonym o złoże Idun) obszarze eksploatacyjno – poszukiwawczym wynosi ok. 12%. | Untization of the Reserves Contained in the Skarv and Snadd Fields with the Idun Field ReservesCurrent Report No. 65/2007 dated September 14th 2007The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (“PGNiG", “the Company") hereby reports that on September 14th 2007 PGNiG received the Unitization Agreement on the basis of which the reserves of the Skarv and Snadd fields were unitized with the Idun field reserves in the Norwegian Continental Shelf. The Skarv and Snadd reserves are the object of a conditional purchase agreement concluded on February 28th 2007 between PGNiG as the buyer, and Mobil Development Norway A/S and ExxonMobil Production Norway Inc. ("ExxonMobil") as the seller. As a result of the unitization, the share of PGNiG in the unitized (extended to include the Idun reserves) exploration and production area is approx. 12%.(see also Current Report No. 6/2007 of March 1st 2007, Current Report No. 20/2007 of April 17th 2007, Current Report No. 26/2007 of April 26th 2007, Current Report No. 34/2007 of June 1st 2007) | |||
