| Issue of ordinary shares and incentive options (Appendix 3B) Prairie Mining Limited (Company) announces that 120,000 fully paid ordinary shares have been issued today to keys consultant of the Company as part of their annual fee. The Company has also issued 1,300,000 incentive options to key employees and consultants of the Company in order to attract and retain their services and to provide an incentive linked to the performance of the Company. An application will be made to the London Stock Exchange and Warsaw Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, in due course and in any event within 12 months. Following Admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will be 151,978,969 ordinary shares.
