This is a summary translation of the company statement communicated to the Polish Securities Commission according to the paragraph 13.2 of the Decree of the Ministries Committee number 1160, dated 22nd December of 1998 (Dz.U. Nr 163) in regards to type, form, and domain of current and periodic information as well as time intervals for the delivery of the information by the issuers whose shares were admitted to public exchange.The Management Board of PROKOM Software SA announces:
In the last 12 months total value of all the contracts between Prokom Software SA and Optix Polska Sp. z o.o. (dependent entity through 66,8% votes at the General Shareholders Meeting) amounted to PLN 23,0 MM. The biggest contract between those companies amounted to PLN 14,7 MM for the purchase of a filenet licence (licence of a workflow system) for KSI ZUS system by Prokom.

Zgodnie z par. 13.2 Rozporządzenia Rady Ministrów Nr 1160 z dnia 22 grudnia 1998r. (Dz.U. Nr 163) w sprawie rodzaju, formy i zakresu informacji bieżących i okresowych oraz terminów ich przekazywania przez emitentów papierów wartościowych dopuszczonych do publicznego obrotu,
Zarząd PROKOM Software SA informuje:
w ciągu ostatnich 12 miesięcy łączna wartość transakcji PROKOM Software SA z OPTIX Polska Sp. z o.o. (spółką zależną poprzez 66,8% głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu) wyniosła 23,0 mln PLN. Największa z transakcji dotyczyła zakupu przez PROKOM licencji filenet (systemu obiegu dokumentów) dla ZUS za kwotę 14,7 mln PLN.
