Zarząd Prokom Software S.A. informuje, że:

W dniu 4 października 2007 roku Prokom Software S.A. zawarł z Bankiem BPH S.A., z siedzibą w Krakowie, aneks do umowy kredytowej z dnia 19 maja 2003 roku (komunikaty Spółki: RB/12/2003 i RB/6/2006). Na mocy zawartego aneksu maksymalna wartość linii kredytowej uległa zmniejszeniu z 200 mln PLN do 100 mln PLN. Pozostałe warunki umowy kredytowej pozostały bez zmian.

	ANNEX TO THE CREDIT AGREEMENT WITH BANK BPH SA The Management Board of Prokom Software S.A. hereby reports, that: On October 4th 2007 Prokom Software SA and Bank BPH SA, seated in Krakow, concluded an annex to the credit agreement dated on May 19th 2003 (communiqués RB/12/2003 and RB/6/2006). By virtue of this annex the maximum value of the credit line was decreased from PLN 200m to PLN 100m. Other conditions of the credit agreement were unchanged.
