Zarząd Prokom Software S.A. informuje, że:

w dniu 23 października 2006 roku Prokom Software S.A. otrzymał podpisany Aneks nr 1 do umowy kredytowej
z BRE Bank S.A., z siedzibą w Warszawie, udzielonego do kwoty 85 mln PLN, o której Spółka informowała komunikatem RB/51/2005 z dnia 10 listopada 2005 roku. Aneks przedłuża termin spłaty kredytu do dnia
1 października 2007 roku oraz termin obowiązywania limitu na gwarancje bankowe do 1 października 2010 roku. Aneks został zawarty na warunkach rynkowych.

Wartość ww. umowy przekracza 10% kapitałów własnych Prokom Software S.A., co stanowi podstawę uznania jej za znaczącą umowę.

	APPENDIX TO THE CREDIT AGREEMENT WITH BRE BANK SA The Management Board of Prokom Software SA informs, that: On October 23rd 2006 Prokom Software SA received an Appendix 1 to the credit agreement with BRE Bank SA, seated in Warsaw, of the max. value PLN 85m., about which the Company informed in communiqué RB/51/2005 dated on November 10th 2005. The Appendix extends the repayment of the credit until October 1st 2007 and bank guarantees until October 1st 2010. The Appendix is based on market terms. As the value of the agreement exceeds 10% of the Company’s equity, the signed agreement should be assessed as significant.
