| Zarząd spółki Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Emitent") niniejszym podaje do wiadomości, że w dniu 30 czerwca 2021 r. Spółka zależna Emitenta – Selvita Inc. ("Spółka") zawarła umowę z Uniwersytetem Kalifornijskim, San Francisco, ("UCSF"), której wartość wynosi USD 4.183.200 (PLN 15.910.801 przeliczonych po kursie 1 USD= 3,8035 PLN) ("Umowa"). Umowa przedłuża i rozszerza istniejącą współpracę pomiędzy stronami, o której Emitent informował raportem bieżącym nr 15/2019 z dnia 24 czerwca 2019 r. Umowa będzie realizowana przez okres 36 miesięcy, począwszy od 1 lipca 2021 r. a jej przedmiot obejmuje realizację wsparcia dla projektów badawczych UCSF w zakresie chemii medycznej, w tym syntezy chemicznej, oczyszczania, określania struktury oraz czystości związków o potencjalnym zastosowaniu w leczeniu chorób neurodegeneracyjnych. Warunki Umowy nie odbiegają od warunków powszechnie stosowanych dla tego typu umów. Za uznaniem Umowy za istotną w ocenie Zarządu Emitenta przemawia jej wartość, a także fakt przedłużenia współpracy z jednym z kluczowych klientów Spółki oraz znaczenie tej współpracy dla przyszłego rozwoju działalności Emitenta. |

| Conclusion of a significant agreementThe Management Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office in Krakow (“Issuer”) hereby informs that on June 30, 2021, the Issuer's affiliated company - Selvita Inc. ("Company") concluded an agreement with the University of California San Francisco (“UCSF”) with a total value of $ 4,183,000 (PLN 15,910,801 converted at the rate of USD 1 = PLN 3.8035) (“Agreement”). The Agreement extends the current collaboration between the parties in time and scope. The Issuer has informed about it in its current stock report number 15/2019, dated June 24, 2019. The services under the Agreement will be executed throughout next 36 months, starting from July 1, 2021. The scope of the services which will be performed in support of clients’ research programs in the area of drug discovery include: synthesis, purification, structure determination and purity analysis of small molecules for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. The terms of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly used for this type of contracts. The Issuer's Management Board considers the conclusion of the Agreement as significant due to its value and the fact of the extension of the collaboration with one of the important clients of the Company and the importance of this collaboration for the development of the Issuer’s future activities. |
