| W nawiązaniu do informacji przekazanych w raporcie bieżącym nr 28/2024 z dnia 2 sierpnia 2024 r. w zakresie planu produktowego Zarząd XTB S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: „XTB”, "Spółka") informuje, iż w dniu 13 sierpnia 2024 r. podjął decyzję o rewizji priorytetów produktowych w kontekście przyjętych celów strategicznych XTB poprzez: • rozpoczęcie prac przygotowawczych nad dwoma nowymi produktami, które z punktu widzenia Spółki są strategiczne w ujęciu długoterminowym; • w związku z powyższym, zamrożenie projektu wdrożenia obligacji do oferty XTB (Spółka zostawia sobie otwartą ścieżkę do dodania tego produktu w przyszłości w przypadku ewentualnej rewizji celów biznesowych); • podtrzymanie planu produktowego na 2024 rok w pozostałym zakresie, tj. wdrożenia produktów emerytalnych (IKE w Polsce, ISA w Wielkiej Brytanii) oraz wirtualnego portfela z multiwalutową kartą. Jednocześnie w 2025 r. i w latach kolejnych XTB planuje dalsze wzbogacanie swojej oferty produktowej o czym Spółka będzie informować w przyszłości. W ocenie Zarządu aktualizacja planu produktowego w lepszym stopniu odpowiada na długoterminowe cele biznesowe związane z budowaniem marki globalnej, dotarciem do klienta masowego oraz budowaniem wiodącej aplikacji inwestycyjnej All-in-One w Europie. |
