House of Skills, a company with headquarters in Warsaw, wants to acquire a rival.
“Negotiations are going on and we cannot reveal more details now”, Aleksander Drzewiecki, House of Skills CEO said.
House of Skills provides management and leadership, sales and client as well as e-learning trainings. It employs 50 trainers and consultants and has nearly 200 co-workers. Skanska, BASF Polska or Ernst & Young are among its clients. Last year, the company had PLN 31m (EUR 8.2m) of sales.
“Thanks to the acquisition, our sales will double”, Aleksander Drzewiecki said.
The transaction will be financed from the company’s own funds. House of Skills considers an IPO later on. It is currently transforming from a limited liability company into a joint stock company.
“We are considering an IPO but it is possible next year at the earliest”, Aleksander Drzewiecki said.
The management estimates the issue at PLN 20m.
Next to the planned acquisition, House of Skills wants to found franchise outlets. It is not going to develop in Poland only but plans expansion in Central and Eastern Europe. The company will also continue developing its exports, i.e. selling licenses for its solutions and training methods abroad.
