Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The privatisation of the 47-percent stake in Jelfa pharmaceutical producer will be delayed.

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The privatisation of the 47-percent stake in Jelfa pharmaceutical producer will be delayed.

 The owners of the stake – Industrial Development Agency (ARP), PZU insurer group and the Ministry of Treasure decided that their agreement to sell the shares would be valid till year-end and not till the end of September as planned before. Investors who are currently running due diligence in Jelfa should submit binding offers till the end of this month. After Polfa Kutno owned by Ivax Corporation withdrew from the tender, eight companies take part in negotiations.
