Kuchnie Swiata food distributor plans IPO

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The distributor of regional food from different parts of the world plans an IPO in the first half of 2009. The company will grow through acquisitions. 

Kuchnie Swiata is a new brand for a company which so far has existed as SaneChem. It has two basic businesses, including production and distribution of cleaning means as well as distribution of regional food.

“We’ve changed the name to be better associated with the food market”, Ryszard Dymny, Kuchnie Swiata CEO explained.

The company will focus on its food business now.

“The dynamics of retail sales amount to 70-80 percent year-on-year”, Ryszard Dymny said.

The company wants to develop healthy food business.

“We are talking about acquisitions with several Polish distributors of healthy food”, Ryszard Dymny added.

The company wants to be present in Lithuania as well. The growth will be expensive. Ryszard Dymny assures that credits are enough for the time being. The IPO is shifted from this year to the next one. The company would like to raise on the WSE PLN 30m selling 40 percent of its shares.
