Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company has signed offset orders with systems integrator ComputerLand, Bridgings Polska, PALCO, the Kedzierzyn chemical plant and Instytut Spawalnictwa. The total value of these orders is over PLN1bn. As a total coincidence, President Kwasniewski will today commence an official visit to the USA and the subject of a combat aircraft for the Polish armed forces will come up. No doubt the Americans will point out that the F-16 is the best choice for this country.
