LOT Charters may join tour operator
Work on separating LOT Charters from the main structure of the company is now quite advanced. Management of Polish Airlines LOT must now decide whether or not to keep the company or to link it to one of the major tour operators.
Market share of the company has somewhat collapsed from 92 percent in 1995 to 51.7 percent in 2000. Part of this was easily grabbed byZbigniew Niemczycki’s White Eagle Aviation which started trading last year and took a market share of more than 12 percent.
