The media group Fincast has proposed to open a new Polish TV channel called Tele 5. The company will be quoted on the stock market under the title Eurocast Media Holding.
Tele 5 is aiming for five percent of the time of Polish viewers. It is hoping to start broadcasting in the first quarter of next year via satellite and cable. Profits are not expected for three years.
