Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) - Till the end of the year, funds collected by investment funds may amount to PLN 55-60 billion (EUR 14.1-15.4 billion), experts believe. At the end of August, the PLN 50 billion barrier was crossed.
At first, the market underestimated the eagerness to invest. But it turned out that more and more Poles want to save money in funds. Till the end of this year, PLN 3-4 billion may be gathered by funds, Andrzej Burza, Allianz TFI CEO said.
There are several reasons for being optimistic as far as the last months of this year are concerned. In many banks, deposits with funds are promoted so money may be transferred from deposits to funds. We may count for other PLN 5 or even 10 billion, Marek Skrzynecki, GTFI CEO added.
