Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) - PKN Orlen plans to reduce costs by PLN 600million (EUR 146million). The program called "Optima" should lower cost in next three years.
Almost 50 per cent will be found in operational costs. Company will reduce costs in retail network by PLN 190 million and PLN 125million in logistics. Savings will also refer to subsidiaries. PLN 135 million will be cut in Anwil, refinery Trzebinia and Jedlicze.
Optima won't have influence on acquired Unipetrol - it is going to have its own saving's program. Company wants also decrease investments. Apart from PLN 5,3 billion it plans to spend PLN 4,7billion. At the same time PKN Orlen finishes previous program of reduction that brought almost PLN 800million.
