Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Poland’s Treasury Ministry and Eureko, the Dutch investor in Poland’s former insurance monopoly PZU, are ready to held new talks after the first phase in the arbitrary court in London. The hearings started on September 7th.
‘This is a good moment for new talks. Every party has its own impression after the hearings. We will see, what further proposals of Eureko will look like’, Jacek Socha, the Treasury Minister said. ‘It is great that the Polish minister wants to talk and see a chance for reaching an agreement. We are also ready to solve the problem out of the court’, Lorrie Morgan, Eureko spokesperson said.
Eureko sued the Polish government for delay in selling it the further stake of PZU.
