Poland: Central bank: September inflation amounted to 2.4 percent

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Base inflation in September amounted to 2.4 percent, NBP, Polish central bank said. In August, it amounted to 2.3 percent.

According to NBP, inflation of goods without controlled prices dropped from 5 percent in August to 4.6 percent. Inflation counted without prices changing most often and fuel prices increased to 4.7 percent from 4.6 percent a month earlier. The CPI in September amounted to 4.4 percent. In August, it was 4.6 percent.
