Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Comp Rzeszow, Poland’s IT integrator, wants to build an international group, which in 2005 would have sales of PLN 210 million (EUR 49.4 million) and net income of PLN 20 million. The listed company will probably finalise the acquisition of a 55 percent stake in Slovakian IT company Asset Soft at the beginning of next week. The stake will cost PLN 36 million.

The company has also started checking Czech PVT company. It considers buying a 50 percent stake of the company from Polish Prokom for a dozen millions zlotys. ‘PVT is not in very good condition but Prokom improved the situation’, Adam Goral, Comp Rzeszow CEO said. Comp Rzeszow forecasts that this year PVT will have sales of PLN 180 million and zero net income. In 2006, however, the results should grow to, respectively, PLN 200 million and PLN 10 million. Comp plans to focus on development in Poland, Russia, and Ukraine. Asset Soft would be responsible for investments in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Hungary.

Comp is also planning acquisitions in Poland. The company has PLN 67 million for the transactions, including PLN 42 million from the stock exchange, and PLN 25 million of its own funds.
