Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) - Poland may lose nearly EUR 100m of EU funds, including EUR 60m because of 19 projects financed from Phare 2003 funds. In some cases, the danger is caused by the fact that the government has not fulfilled its previous promises. Some of projects are being delayed and therefore, the EU may refuse to pay the invested money back.
