Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Polna will have its capital increased but its main shareholder, i.e. Zbigniew Jakubas, the well-known investor, will not be advantaged.

The producer of industrial equipment submitted an application at the financial supervision authorities KNF to suspend proceeding concerning its issue prospectus. This is part of a process to change the way the capital is going to be increased. The prospect provides for different issues including 1.66m shares for present shareholders and a tranche offered to Multico, a company controlled by Zbigniew Jakubas (300,000 shares). In both cases, the price will amount to PLN 3.8 (EUR 1.1). KNF refused to approve of such an issue. The prospectus has been waiting for approval since October.

“We are preparing to change the issues to adjust them to KNF’s expectations”, Jan Zakonek, Poland CEO said.

The GSM to vote for the necessary changes is meeting on June 30th. The offer directed to Zbigniew Jakubas will be changed. The investor told “PB” earlier that he was ready to withdraw from the issue.
