Pro-Bud hopes to be listed in December

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The construction company wants to raise PLN 40-45m (EUR 10.9-12.4m) on the stock exchange. It is going to spend PLN 70m to buy new lots.

 

Pro-Bud, construction and homebuilding company, is waiting for its issue prospectus to be approved of. The company hopes to have its IPO conducted as early as this year.

“We want to raise PLN 40-45m. The majority of these funds will be spent to buy lots. We are going to spend PLN 70m in upcoming years for this purpose”, Roman Sobko, Pro-Bud CEO says.

He has 27.89 percent of the company while the main shareholder is Marian Jagielka, the company’s founder and chairman.

 

Pro-Bud estimates that it has 16 percent of the homebuilding market in Kolobrzeg, northern Poland. In 2006, it had PLN 3.3m of net income against PLN 41.2m of sales. This year, it planst PLN 5m of net income against PLN 60m of sales.
