Chemical concern Ciech wants to raise up to PLN350m by the sale of its assets in Chemia Polska as well as a share issue in 2004 and use the money to take a stake in the Polfa companies from Warsaw, Tarchomin and Pabianice which manufacture pharmaceuticals.
