Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – A group of Softbank’s employees were trying to “steal” a contract from their company. Now, rival Computerland may get the contract.

Yesterday, Softbank said it stopped IT consulting for Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG (RZB). According to “PB” sources, rival Computerland (CL) may receive the contract.

“We refuse to comment”, Michal Michalski, CL spokesman said.

CL is said to have received RZB’s offer but has not decided whether to accept it.

The change is due to controversies in Softbank. A group of its employees were trying to win the project for RZB for themselves and leave the IT company.

“Our former employees were unfair, are guilty of revealing company’s secrets, and should be punished. Softbank has already launched suitable proceedings”, Piotr Jelenski, a member of Softbank’s management said.

The workers denounced their job agreements on the same day accusing Softbank for failing to take care of their job permissions in Austria. On the same day they appeared in Vienna bank ready to work as a new entity. Then, they were trying to negotiate with Softbank to stop the contract with RZB. They offered it 10 percent of the value of the agreements.
