The situation in the furniture sector is tough. Although zloty depreciated, the companies expect negative results of the financial crisis in spring. Lukasz Stelmaszyk, Swarzedz CEO, has recently told “PB” that it would be a good solution for the company to find an investor from the same sector. There is no partner for the time being, however.
“I wanted to buy Swarzedz once but I don’t want any more. The company was destroyed by its former management”, Maciej Formanowicz, Forte CEO said.
A file was suit against the Swarzedz ex-CEO to the prosecutors’ office.
“I’m not interested in Swarzedz”, Piotr Voelkel, Vox Industrie CEO added.
“We are not considering it now but we never say never”, Rafal Desczyk from Kler believed.
“Our strategy shows how successful we were acquiring and merging small
companies”< Stanislaw Bosak, Black Red White CEO said.
